Deliquescent desiccant was originated by Van Air. Deliquescent desiccant is basically a drying agent that dissolves. Designed for their D-Series and Blast Pak dryers, Van Air offers 3 different grades of deliquescent desiccant—-Dry-O-Lite, SP, and 10BF. Dryers that use deliquescent desiccant require no power or moving parts…the desiccant does all the work.
For regenerative dryers, Van Air also manufacturers a complete range of adsorbent desiccant, including activated alumina, silica gel, and molecular sieve. All of these are stocked in a variety of bead sizes and package sizes.
